Senior Reservation Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the reservation section in day to day operation for the efficient and smooth running of the reservation section. Supervising, controlling, and co-ordinating the operation of the reservation section to ensure efficient and accurate output of all reservations and forecasts .
2. Oversee the entire reservation section and to distribute work evenly to subordinate.
3. Closely monitor and control room availability to make the best possible effort in achieving maximum occupancy and average room rate

Requirements:

1. Male / Female, max 30 years old
2. Min. Diploma degree from Tourism Academy
3. Min. 1 year experience as Reservation Supervisor.
4. Well groomed, good English verbal & written, computer literate
5. Familiar with Opera system would be an advantage
