We are an integrated marketing and advertising agency with offices worldwide.
We're currently expanding our digital communications arm in Indonesia and are looking for talented and highly motivated people to fill the following position:

Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Bring creative visions to life on a variety of digital platforms, including web, mobile, and desktop!Creating, coordinating and overseeing production for digital-related initiatives, including e-campaigns, social media and mobile applications.
2. Ensuring the integrity of digital systems and information through implementation and maintenance of established system management practices, processes and controls
3. Collaborating closely with partners and other disciplines/capabilities including Client Services, Project Management, Creative and Developers in creating innovative and effective digital campaign strategy and implementation
4. Keeping current with the latest Web and mobile trends and technology

Requirements:

1. A university degree in computer science, computer engineering or information technology is required.
2. At least 1 year experience as System Analyst, Lead Developer, Digital Producer, or other relevant position
3. Process oriented, master of flowcharting
4. Has relevant and deep experience in user, functional and technical requirements definition and documentation
5. Has relevant and deep experience in redefining a business objective as a systems problem
6. Has relevant and practical experience in Systems Analysis & Design
7. Great presentation skills
8. Ability to analyze AND synthesize situations, problems, requirements, etc.
9. Ability to zoom out and see the big picture and zoom back in to actually make the details work
10. Knowledge of digital media formats used for text, images, video, audio and interactive media are required.
11. Able to perform coding/programming/site analytics or other specialized skills if needed.
12. Sensitive and updated to the newest technology, social media and global web trends and know how to implement/optimize them.
13. Age between 25-35 years old
14. Actively use and participate in social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc) and familiar with the developer APIs (app development experience is a plus)
15. Fluent in English is a must
16. Advertising experience is preferred.
17. Reliable, resourceful and have a good sense of responsibility.
18. Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership skills
