Quantity Surveyor-QS Engineer (QE)


Responsibilities:
  1. Carryout MEP Quantity Surveying duties on the project and assist the Department of QS and team sites in all commercial and contractual requirements related
  2. Protecting the interests of the company in connection with claims for work executed all income, changes, delays, claims, etc.
  3. Recording and monitoring all activities of the site and costs incurred on the project
  4. Preparation and summaries of all the work is measured MEP
  5. To maintain the delivery schedule and the response, for approval, inspection, variation.
  6. Prepare a quantity take off from drawings, MEP and compare with measurements of the site
  7. Preparation of Interim Valuations and Final Accounts
  8. Preparation of tender documents including price MEP
  9. Tabulation Comparison of Price and Cost Summary
  10. Reconciliation of materials and work carried out during the month
  11. Preparation of Sub-contractor payment and recording / monitoring of all work sites
  12. Preparation of monthly report along with Prime Commercial and team sites
  13. Maintain all QS MEP documents and log / register applies
  14. Coordination with all departments of the company as required for project implementation.


Requirements:
  1. Male / Female
  2. S1 Civil Engineering Education
  3. Familiar with Autocad program
  4. Able to work, have interpersonal skills and good communication
  5. Have at least 2-5 years experience in the field of Consultants
  6. Not working in any agency
